  14. Waht could be the problem when I can connect to all other numbers but 
  15. three. They are ordinary numbers, except that they cost a fortune to 
  16. call. After my modem (US Robotics 14400 Sporster) has started to make a 
  17. connection it locks up. When the freaqency of has changed for the first 
  18. time in the connection, it stucks there and nothing happens after that. 
  19. After that our phone was about a month ago connected to a digital 
  20. telephone exchange these problems became searious.
